With over five years of hands-on experience catering for retreats, I bring a  blend of culinary expertise, calm adaptability, and a genuine passion for nourishing people. Cooking on a retreat demands the ability to plan and execute nutritionally balanced, flavour-rich menus for groups of varying sizes, dietary needs, and sensitivities, while maintaining consistency and creativity. 
Where possible, I like to use local produce to create delicious menus, with the intention of sustaining energy, supporting wellbeing, and complementing the transformative work participants are doing. Subject to the logistics and practicalities of the event, I sometimes have the opportunity to include a live cooking demonstration as part of the guest experience -it can be a really engaging addition.
The one thing I have learned over the years, is that food plays a huge role in the overall experience of retreat guests and when people feel truly nourished from the inside out, everything else flows better.

Private Dining

After four years running a private supper club, I have an intimate understanding of what truly makes a dining experience memorable — not just the food on the plate, but all details surrounding it. Recipe Testing

With years of experience working professionally in the food world - I bring a refined and methodical approach to recipe testing. I evaluate every dish through multiple lenses — flavour balance, texture, technique, and scalability. 

Having worked on numerous cookbook shoots — testing recipes under pressure, in the moment — I know firsthand what it takes to make a recipe publication-ready. When I wrote my own digital cookbook in 2026, that experience confirmed just how critical it is that every recipe not only works, but is easy for readers to follow.
